The amazing Laura answered all of our questions and gave us advice on getting to the airport the next day. She even escorted us down the hall to the elevators to show us the way to our room. "Ok bad points first, the patio studio is tiny and in the basement, patio is basicaly 2mx1 surrounded by high walls. So its a little bit suffocating. Thankfully staff were quite helpful and changed my room to the balcony one,which was more lively and brighter although i should get some refund and i didnt. Another one is a double bed, well mattress worn out and well too soft and bed was more like the portable ones very wonky. I had bad back after sleeping on this mattress. I think this shpuld be...
