Central A / C and double-pane glass keeps the condo cool and quiet. One bedroom has a king bed another has twin beds. The living room sectional converts into two twin beds, and is more comfortable than a sofa sleeper. One bath has a tub / shower combo, the other a walk in shower. The kitchen has birch cabinets and Corian® counter tops. There are partial ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui. Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.
