This may also be rented as a 2 BR, 2 Bath if more space is needed!This condo has had recent upgrades and renovations throughout. The kitchen features rich espresso cabinetry, stunning granite, tile back splash, and stainless steel appliances. This gourmet preparation space includes all of the necessary cookware, utensils, and appliances to prepare and serve wonderful meals while on vacation.The condo was repainted and newer furnishings were added in 2020-2021. Cream colored ceramic tile throughout gives this condo a clean and easy to maintain finish. The living room features HD TV, A/C, and a sofa-sleeper, perfect for accompanying children or the occasional overnight guest. You'll enjoy lanai access, which runs the length of the condo, with our outdoor dining set, for a fresh air alternative to dine.Our master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, HD TV, A/C and a separate access to the balcony. The bedroom closes off from the living room with pocket doors to allow privacy from other guests. A stacked washer and dryer is provided in the condo for free guest use.Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the condo, lanai or common spaces. Ask the front desk for the designated smoking area. This is a vacation rental, or a home away from home. We provide you with all of the entry and exit instructions in your confirmation, and allow you privacy during your stay. Bath towels and bed linens are included. We will also provide you with beach chairs and beach towels. If you need to reach us while you are a guest, there are contact numbers in the condo book on the kitchen counter.We do not reside in this condo but after your booking, we will send you all of your check-in instructions. You will need to check in at the front desk upon arrival to complete your registration with the Maui BanyanMaui Banyan is conveniently located directly across Kamaole Beach II, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.The guest reserving this property must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property throughout the duration of the reservation. Refunds are not provided for bugs, other natural occurrences or disasters, weather-related issues or electrical/internet outages.This is a privately owned condo.
