This was a beautiful, comfortable, and clean home! Clearly a new build, beautiful home. 8 women stayed here comfortably with room to spare! There a miscommunication on parking but the property manager was really helpful in solving the issue and the listing has since been updated to be correct! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself was absolutely beautiful. However, I had a very serious and unsettling experience during our stay. While I was alone in the house, I was in the master suite watching TV when I heard footsteps coming up the stairs, followed by a man’s voice. I immediately called my husband to ask if they had returned from skiing, and he told me they had not. At that point, I was terrified. I then heard the back door open. When I cautiously looked outside, I saw a man in the yard. Through the window, I noticed his shirt had the management company’s name on it. I went outside and asked why he was there, and he told me he services the hot tub every three days. I asked why he entered the house, and he said it was easier to access the hot tub from inside. I explained that I had not been notified of his visit and that I was not comfortable with someone entering the home without notice. He simply shrugged. I went back into the bedroom, locked the door, and called management. I was shaking at that point. It’s incredibly frightening to be alone and suddenly have a stranger enter your space without warning. Management did apologize, but this was still one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had while staying somewhere. Had I been notified ahead of time, this situation would have been completely acceptable.
