I arrived at 6:30 PM on Friday. Right away I noticed dead roaches in the condo which looked like it had been built in the 40s. There was no AC in the living room. There was AC in one of the bedrooms but not powerful enough to cool the entire unit. Then the tv was missing thr remote to change the channels. There was a celing fan in the living room that did not work. There was somting blowing behind a recleaner. I think this must have been a poor attempt to cool the living room or just to remind you that there was no AC and just a good way to add salt to the wound. The next day the manager arrived to show us the boat. Wesigned a bunch of papers basically saying that we were responsible for anything that would happen to the old boat. Then the manager said he would have to come back and put a battery charger on it because the battery was dead. I started think about the whole situation and I contacted him two hours later and informed him that I was leaving in the morning.
