Arranged over three floors, the overall feel is comfortably elegant with generous proportions, working shutters and delightful cornicing offset by quality furnishings and antique detailing. Edenside House Kelso
Beautiful spacious property in lovely grounds yet perfect location to be able to walk in to Kelso. Just 5 mins stroll to the town and it’s lovely restaurants and shops. House was quite grand but at the same time warm and cosy.

Beautiful house and grounds. Highly recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic house with every amenity you could want. Warm and cosy with relaxing areas to sit and chill. Lovely grounds to enjoy. Clean and well kept. Shirley was very helpful and assured us she was available if needed, we didn't need. Perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Would definitely visit again.

Fabulous!
My family and I stayed in this wonderful house in July and were so very sorry to leave. It is way better than any picture can tell. We were there in a heat wave and Shirley, the contact for the property brought us fans to use in the top bedrooms. She was always available to answer all our questions. All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Thank you very much
