Anniversary

Communication with Brian was awesome and effortless, the condo was comfortable, there were little things that was not in the information like ice maker and water on the refrigerator, plus coffee and even drinking glasses, plus cooking pans, didn't use but its great to know they were there and the air and view was awesome along with the fireplace, plus all apps available to watch, could not say enough good things about this listing

This property is in a central location in Kalamazoo. Close to Western & Kalamazoo University, downtown, good dining & entertainment options. The property is new, with nice features like 1 & 1-1/2 bathrooms, & laundry in the condo. Codes are required for entering the building, & the condo. The kitchen could use more furnishings, & the bed was not comfortable. Management was very responsive to needs, & problems. The cleaning service didn’t clean before we arrived, but Brian apologized, wanted to send a different cleaner the next day, & discounted our bill. Employees not doing their job is out of our control, I felt he handled that appropriately.

Loud party, fighting, and trains.

Laundry left in the washer and dryer. Laundry (clean or dirty?) left in the closet, wadded up on the shelf. TV recently replaced, drywall dust left behind. Strong smell of Marijuana when you walk in. Towel bar ripped off wall and not fixed. Amtrac line very close with loud train horns often. Balcony door doesn't latch or lock. Loud fight in parking lot 3 and 4 am. Some individuals gained access to the building knocking on the doors while blocking the peephole. Very scary. The host returned 100, but I would have wanted this information before I booked 250 per night.
