To start when you enter you are greeted by a couple teenage kids who look like they just walked off the street with the clothes they had on, no uniforms.
this level of professionalism was continued by their communication skills and knowledge.
once i entered the stairway it was visibly dirty, carpet wasn't vacuumed, walls where dirty, cobwebs hanging from light fixtures. and it smelled like a bole of spegetieose.
the hallway smelled better but still visibly dirty.
I entered my room and it just smelled stale, walls where dirty, fridge and hair dryer where broken, no screen on the window so when i opened it to let fresh air in all the bugs came in. when i went to open the window i noticed a beach ball sized wall patch an the wall. I think this is where the smell was coming from was the fresh plaster.
after i got to my room i went to move my truck to the parking spot out side my window. the parking spot was not long enough to for my so i had to take up two spots so no one would hit the back end of my truck with the space left for traffic to go through.
i went back to my room and ended up calling the front desk for the wi-fi password. i had to call three times before someone answered. considering there where only 4 other cares in the parking lot i don't think they where that busy.
the noise in the hotel wasn't bad but the train that blew its horn for a solid minute a couple time a times a night wasn't
There was supposed be a free breakfast witch i couldn't find.
