Το διαμέρισμά μου είναι ζεστό, άνετο, ευρύχωρο (60 τ.μ.), πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα σε ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι!  
Μεγάλο μπάνιο με ζεστό νερό 24 ώρες την ημέρα.  
Πολύ άνετοι καναπέδες και πολυθρόνες στο σαλόνι και το υπνοδωμάτιο.  
Μεγάλη τραπεζαρία.  
Όλες οι ανέσεις και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές.  
Καθαρίστε και σιδερώστε τα σεντόνια, τις μαξιλαροθήκες και τα παπλώματα και τις μεγάλες λευκές σούπερ πετσέτες  
Σαμπουάν μπάνιου και ζελατίνη. Χαρτί και μωρομάντηλα.  
Καφές τσάι γάλα καλαμποκιού νιφάδες φρούτων φρούτα και βούτυρο και μέλι για το πρωινό σας.  
Σε κεντρική τοποθεσία σε ένα συγκρότημα 12 διαμερισμάτων στον 2ο όροφο με 2 μπαλκόνια και μπαλκόνι. έπιπλα για να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας.  
Ένα μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα αυτού του διαμερίσματος είναι η δωρεάν χρήση του σταθερού τηλεφώνου.  
Δωρεάν internet, ο ταχύτερος στην Καλαμάτα.
