Conveniently located near Dripping Springs, wineries, and numerous wedding venues, it's an ideal destination for families, couples, and pre-wedding getaways. Unwind on the back deck beneath the open skies and starry nights, or venture out for a memorable evening at nearby restaurants and wineries.  
  
This retreat encompasses 3,044 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests with ease.  
  
Step through the front door into an inviting open floor plan holding the living room, kitchen, and dining spaces- accented with high wood beam ceilings and plenty of natural lighting!  
  
Living Room: Decorated with contemporary furnishings including a queen size sleeper sofa and accent chairs, complemented by a Smart TV. Enjoy the cozy ambiance created by the gas fireplace as you nestle in for ultimate comfort.  
  
Kitchen: The open kitchen showcases stylish stainless-steel appliances, guaranteeing ease for all your cooking endeavors. The kitchen island not only adds to the aesthetic but also offers plenty of space for meal preparation as well as a gas stove top, making cooking a breeze. Accommodating seating for 4, it's the perfect arrangement for entertaining guests!  
  
Dining Area: The dining space comfortably accommodates six guests. Enjoy easy access to the back deck from here.

Master Bedroom — King size bed, desk space, and private access to the back deck. The private bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in shower.
