Nice villas. Good location just steps from the beach and close to where most of the cafes and surf rentals and lessons are there. Has decent spa. Never saw gym or kids club so can’t comment on those. Breakfast buffet could be better as it had quite limited selection but it may be typical for Bali. We usually take our second cup of coffee from breakfast to go as we have younger kids who don’t do well sitting around a table after eating while we enjoy a coffee. We did this on first two days but were refused on third day, and that was after being told coffee were coming and waiting for them for 10 minutes. This was very strange as it’s a small request that was rejected for no logical reason. Resort located opposite Four seasons Sundara restaurant. Perfect for a family and over 60's . Local area is only other 5 stars resorts. We loved the day out to the sister Karma Kandara , don't miss the pool and the creek beach accessible by a funicular . The villa next door played music so loudly at night, so I called the reception, and their help was prompt.
