Bel hôtel

Posted 27-Aug-2016
Location: Bien situé, proche de New York.

Below average hotel

Posted 19-Aug-2016
Old, outdated and in a run down part of town. Smelled funny and the surroundings were terrible. I'd spend the extra $50 and go down to the Hyatt

Decent hotel

Posted 11-Aug-2016
We stayed here for 5 nights for a trip to NYC. We saved a huge amount of money by staying here versus in the city, and the hotel has a shuttle that brings you back and forth, drops you right in Times Square. That was really convienient and cheap compared to a cab or uber. We really only came back to the hotel to clean up and sleep and spent most of our time out, so this place worked out mostly great. Our room was clean and always had fresh towels, staff was friendly, our floor was quiet. We only had one problem and that was our coffee pot broke. They gave us free coffee in the lobby and replaced it right away. There's no continental breakfast, by the way. It's $10 for the breakfast bar which is little more than a continental breakfast that's usually free in other hotels. They even charge $1.60 for a cup of coffee. Just keep that in mind, fellow coffee drinkers! There's only one thing didn't like; the location. On our first night we wanted to find a store to pick up some essentials and snacks and while there is a grocery store in walking distance you have to cross major highways to get there. We rented a car and getting in and out was a nightmare. Thanks to NJ's "no left turn" you have to drive a mile out of you way just to take a jug handle and come back to get into the parking lot. And about the area, if you're not from around there, driving is insane! Be careful! Traffic is horrible and the people drive scary crazy!

Nice hotel close to New York.

Posted 09-Aug-2016
Pros: It was near New York and the price.
Cons: The staff, get more public transportation nearer to the hotel, & restaurant stay open later.
Location: Nice shopping center, IHOP is near, & shuttle van near to take you in NY
Hotel close to New York but hard to get to using public transportation/shuttle van. Restaurant at the hotel closed too early and not many other restaurants in the area. There is a nice plaza near for some shopping.

terrible hotel

Posted 08-Aug-2016
We walk into our assigned room to super musty smell even though they had the windo wide open with no screen and we could see bugs coming in. Gave us a new room which was just as bad. Couldn't even see out the window it was so dirty. No remote. No safe. Third room they gave us was a hair better but still no cot that we requested, no xtra pillows,no xtra towels, no staff in middle of the night, not even at front desk. Smelled skunk the entire stay. Food on the floors in the elevator. Nothing was clean.

Internet une joke !!!

Posted 05-Aug-2016
Pros: Parking
