Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 140 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system, air conditioning, laundry, washing machine. Storeroom available. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 2.5 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop "Parada antiguo Mas y Mas" 4.4 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 10 km.
