Reception staff was very helpful. Mr. TAHA was specially attentive to our family along with his colleagues. He spoke in portuguese to my Brazilian wife,we could not believe it !! It was perfect for watching the sunset. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The 11th floor is the location of the breakfast buffet. We went there for coffee and enjoyed a beautiful view there as well. There were very few bfast options unlike any hotel in Turkey. If u wanted a fried egg or an onneplette of ur choice we were asked to pay extra. Hier solltet ihr unbedingt etwas unternehmen. Wir reisen 5–6 Mal im Jahr nach Izmir und möchten ab jetzt nur noch bei euch übernachten.
