Great staff for the most part, even though there was an English to Turkish language barrier they were very accommodating and helpful. Overall beyond this the building is clearly old and needs some repairs and maintenance but otherwise for its price and the size of the rooms, not a bad buy if you are on a budget would use again.

I am disabled. Me and my caregiver booked the jacuzzi room. The towels in the room were dirty and full of holes, the kettle was broken, the wifi did not work and the showerhead snapped and almost hurt me. I was having a health crisis and needed rest but they wouldn't let my brother come with me to our room without charging us $800 for half an hour so I could rest. I begged them and told them I was about to pass out and they dismissed me and I fainted and hit my head to the reception counter. That is when we learned, unlike advertised, they had no one on staff that could communicate in English. My caregiver does not speak Turkish and they kept offering me things that could cause serious damage while I was barely conscious. Later, we went to complain and they still didn't have anyone who could speak English and tried to make me translate in my very poor condition. When my caregiver got upset with their disrespect, they told us to shut up and go to our room and threatened us with calling the cops. We called the help line and no one could speak English and we were continously denied contact with management.

Sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus ist aber sehr runtergekommen und der "garten" ist eine lüge. Dieser ist direkt am einer Hauptstrasse und auch nur 1m*1m groß. Dementsprechend ist es durchgehend sehr laut man hört sogar die busdurchsagen weil es so nah ist, zudem hört man auch alles neben und über sich. Der Whirlpool sitzt locker und der Durchkopf der Dusche war gebrochen. Handtücher waren auch keine im Zimmer und auch immer zu wenige insgesamt. Einen kühlschrank gab es einfach auch nicht in solch einem Zimmer ist das mehr als unerwartet und einen Safe gab es auch nicht. Alles in allem würde ich's nicht weiter empfehlen und nicht nochmal hingehen.

Odada mini buzdolabı olması lazımken buzdolabı yoktu. Resepsiyona sorduğumda odalarda mini buzdolabı olmadığını söyledi. Sıcak havada içeceklerimizi nasıl soğuk bir şekilde muhafaza edeceğiz diye sordum. Kendisi de “İsterseniz bize verin buradaki dolaba koyalım içeceklerinizi.” dedi. Ben gecenin bir vakti dışarıdan almış olduğum suyu içmek istediğim zaman resepsiyona mı ineceğim? Ayrıca odalarda böcekler de mevcuttu. Misket böceği adını verdiğimiz böceklerle doluydu. Otelde konakladım ama memnun kalmadım.

Hotels üzerinden odayı ayırttım fakat otele giriş yaptığımızda görseldekinden farklı bir oda verildi, giriş yaptığımız oda temiz değildi ve duş-tuvaletin lambası yoktu. Daha sonra resepsiyondaki personel yardımcı oldu ve başka bir odaya giriş yaptık. Yan odaya 3 misafir alındı ve son ses meyhane müzikleri eşliğinde uygunsuz sesler çıkarıyorlardı. Resepsiyona inip para iadesi istedik. Hotels üzerinden konaklama yapıldığı için ücret iadesinin mümkün olamayacağını ilettiler yardımcı olmak adına farklı bir cityloft oteline yönlendirdiler. O otele giriş yaptık fakat aşağı kalır yanı yoktu. Otel aynı zamanda eğlence merkezine çevrilmiş (hafta sonları) kapıya vale adı altında değnekçiler koyulmuş araba parkı sokağa yaptırılmıyor ücret isteniyor. 2 gece konakladık odalarda temizlik hizmeti bulunmamakta. Hotels üzerinden ödeme yapmasaydım muhakkak kalmazdım. Otel güvenliği yok içeriye ellerinde alkol torbalarıyla misafirime gidiyorum diyip kayıt yaptırılmadan oda katlarında dolaştırıyorlar. Kesinlikle aile oteli değil sadece günlük kiralık daireler mantığında olan bir işletme.
