Our stay at Raasay House was short but oh so sweet! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facility was nicely appointed, and the view was incredible. The island was one of our favorite stops on our trip to Scotland. Also highly recommended is the Isle of Raasay Distillery for a tour!
Going to Scotland was a dream of my moms. And my little sister wanted to stay in a “castle”. This hotel was just the right fit. Taking the ferry over was exciting. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The staff were always helpful. The addition of fresh flowers in the room was wonderful. The view was breath taking.
The breakfast was excellent. The little bistro was delightfully staffed and great bites to eat.
We did stay over the dining room and got a lot of noise from moving chairs (guessing from closing the dining room and sweeping floors) would highly recommend some felt on each chair leg because we heard EVERY table and chair moved from about 10-1130pm. We will be back!!
