I called the hotel to make sure the 2 rooms I booked were ready. The hotel said they had no record. I had hotels.com call them.and they told them the infomation and that it was paid for. They refused to hear any information and said they had no record and hang up.
I am a Black American and my husband is from Lahore. We also had another couple with us. The lady is from Canada and her husband is from Lahore. We get to the hotel and I show them the booking and the paid email.
They told.still would not give us a room. They put the manager on the phone and he gave an excuse about the emails from Hotels.com are not getting to us on time because we are on lockdown and there are not people in the office to get the email.
He asked us to wait and he will come. Note we have been trying to clear the issue up on the way to the hotel which was about an hour and hotels.com had called them 2 times and we had already waited another hour at the hotel.
Nevertheless, we waited and it was going on 1 am in the morning. The manger came and the first think he did was ask for marriage record. But, said he still.can not find the booking. So, why you want to know if we are married?
Next, I called hotels.com and once again they called the hotel and request for us to check in because we have a booking. He were all upset and going back and forward with the manager which is not around 2 am.
Therefor, I told hotels.com to cancal the booking. I know longer wanted to stay in this hotel.
