It’s a good place to stay . But forget about a cup of coffee in the morning . Un less you have a black band you can’t even pay for it. Most of the restaurants were decent. But the best place needed a reservation or black band . For get about room service and cleanliness. We were there 5 day and our room was clean twice and the floor were dirty.

I upgraded from Oasis Palm to Grand Oasis Palm because a lot of restaurants were not included under Oasis Palm. This is a resort where a lot of Mexicans come to vacation; as such, the food was more traditional, and a lot of the staff did not speak English well. I was able to communicate with my basic high school Spanish, though. People reserve the chairs and loungers early in the morning. And only once someone moved my stuff. The best part is that you can see the beach from the pool, and it takes less than a minute to go to the beach. They clean the beach of seaweed daily. Nice, clear, and calm water. Two big cons are that they cannot make speciality drinks like a Dirty Martini and that most of their arcade machines are broken.
