From check in to check out everything went smoothly.Staff was always ready to help out.The hotel itself was constantly being cleaned.Beach chairs and towel’s always available to guest.Julitta,Hugo and Chucho in the restaurant area were very friendly and enjoyed talking to them.

This hotel is in the most beautiful place I have ever seen! The beach and the water were beyond description. The hotel is walking distance to everything in town and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We especially liked Iliana in reception. I cannot wait to return. Truly a piece of heaven

This was my first time in Isla Mujeres and I loved this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, they helped arranged taxi services, and the beach chairs and umbrellas saved me. They also provided daily room cleaning and it was excellent, I would definitely recommend them and stay here again.

I can't say enough about the hotel, the staff and the island but it is like a home away from home. The island is amazing and inviting. The hotel and staff are always amazing and very attentive. Cancún is wonderful but the island is were to stay. Can't wait for my next trip.
