This condo was beautiful, and a great place to stay. It was comfortable and had all the amenities. Would love to visit in the summer months.

Complex is extremely well done and maintained. Disappointed that the pool only has restricted access and the gym not at all, for guests. Also that one can only go out for breakfast on the weekend.

Hi Tristan I am Julie , Allan’s wife. I would just like to tell you about some issues we came across during our stay 1-the floor trim on the floor entering the bedroom and floor trim entering the master bedroom bathroom are loose and caused me to trip twice. Both need to be glued down again. Very much a tripping risk. 2- no popcorn was found during our stay or popcorn seasonings as per your listing 3- the master bedroom bathroom has been clogged since day 2 of our stay and the other toilet constantly needed to be adjusted inside the tank as it didn’t work at times. At one point the chain came off inside. 4- the bed has dips in it that made it very uncomfortable and suggest you need a new mattress. 5-no expresso coffee was supplied as per your Vrbo listing. Only a couple of tea bags. Also no filtered or bottle water was supplied as per your Vrbo listing. Also no shampoo was supplied nor bath soap as per your listing. 6-suggest hand towels and facecloths 7- when we arrived the kitchen sink was clogged and we found drano and unclogged it. But feel that should have been noticed before during cleaning. 8- suggest you have a plunger available in the unit in case of clogged toilet 9- a map on where to find the garage and parking spot would have been helpful. We spent 10 minutes trying to find garage I am telling you these issues to give you a chance to fix these issues. As a travel agent and business owner I would want someone to tell me issues before complaining.

had one of the worst experiences ever booking with Tristan. I reserved a specific condo that was confirmed by the host, with check-in scheduled for 3:00 PM. On the day of arrival, I tried calling the host four times—no answer. His voicemail was full, and I had no instructions on how to check in. I was left scrambling and had to call customer service just 20 minutes before I arrived. They told me if I didn't receive access instructions in time, l'd be refunded. Guess what? At 3:07 PM-after my check-in time—l finally got a message from Tristan with instructions. I followed them and arrived at the unit only to find a young family already staying there. I was mortified, especially when the woman's husband walked out of the shower half-naked. Completely unacceptable. Tristan then messaged me saying l'd be staying in a different condo listed on Airbnb. I had already driven far and had no other choice but to accept. When I got to the replacement unit, it was smaller than the one l originally paid for, had no key fob, no toilet paper, no soap, no paper towel -not even the basics were provided. It was honestly a joke. Tristan is a completely unprofessional host who clearly doesn't respect his guests' time or money. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was supposed to be a celebration for my husband's birthday, and it turned into a nightmare. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and wasted money-DO NOT book with Tristan. You deserve better than this mess.
