Waterfront Holiday home with patio and fireplace
With stunning views overlooking Ilfracombe’s harbour and out to sea, the imposing seven-bedroom former rectory is ideally placed for local amenities. Most of the rooms and 6 of the bedrooms have sea views and the dining room boasts a magnificent 18 seater table. The large kitchen has an AGA as well as conventional oven and on the lower ground floor there is a large cinema room with a dumb waiter linked to the dining room above.
Ideally placed overlooking the harbour, all local amenities are just a short walk away. Walkers can enjoy country and coastal walks directly from the property, and with ample parking for several cars this wonderful home is the perfect place to spend a relaxing, peaceful holiday.

5/5 Excellent

Celebrating with a view
We stayed for a weekend in this lovely house. It is really well appointed and spacious. But what really makes the place is the view over the harbour - stunning.

5/5 Excellent

Perfect for a family gathering
Lovely property for a long weekend with family. Plenty of space with everything you need and the view from the terrace was great, perfect for al fresco eating. The walk down into the harbour was only 5 mins and not too steep!

Perfect
We got married here and it could not of been more perfect. I can't actually discribe how amazing this place is. We completely loved every second here. Thanks a million Debra and Mark.

Better than expected!
Excellent choice for a family getaway. The photos don't do the property justice. 12 of us stayed for a coupe of nights. there's loads of room, very comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen space & facilities to cater for all easily. Plus, all sat in a fabulous location for the local area and with an amazing view over the harbour. Would highly recommend.
