The master bedroom boasts a comfortable California king bed and an attached bathroom for convenience. Three additional bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. The office is equipped with an air mattress. With a sample space, my home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Everything was exactly as advertised. John is a responsive and great host. I had seen prior to our visit that a previous guest had posted there was no air conditioning. You don’t need it. I lived by the beach for 5 years and the vast majority of homes do not have AC. It was a great location that was convenient to everything in Huntington Beach. The house was well appointed. The only downside, which i did not realize, is that the house had no air conditioning. There were a couple days that were pretty warm so the house was warm at night, even with the fans and windows open. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay. ##### Andy B.
