Literally only minutes from the town centre shops and holiday facilities, it is in an ideal position for just leaving the car and exploring Hunstanton.First floor apartment consisting of a spacious kitchen, dining area and lounge which are open plan offering a superb social area ideal for a small family or couples who are seeking a high standard; Two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with twins. Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.Parking; One parking space in private lane at rear of property.Garden; Covered balcony with access via patio doors from living area.One pet £30 per week payable to owner with RBD.Returnable breakage deposit £100. All our holiday homes in the village are within easy reach of the above and other holiday interests. St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.
