一分錢一分貨的酒店

首先check in時訂房記錄找不到,失敗!房間有曱甴or毛巾不足,雪櫃沒有就一早知(看過他人的評價),建議櫃檯職員學點粵語吧!最後一點是值得like,酒店外周圍整潔,有商場在附近,食飯購物都方便!

酒店位置佳，吃渴玩樂十分方便

酒店位置極佳，但十分難找的士，我們離開酒店時在烈日當空下花了半小時才搶到的士，前枱服务員表示酒店不設代客call的士，服务待改善，房內的汵氨不夠凍。

房間整潔

房間整齊清潔, 裝修簡約, 即使不大的空間也感覺寛敞舒適. 惟朋友入住的走廊尾房接收不到wifi, 是美中不足的地方.

酒店員工對Hotel.com預訂的資料不清晰，查不出我已付款，令到最後還需要發電郵給酒店的會計部。但酒店的環境及位置ok，睡床很舒適

前台和清潔服務員，服務客人態度，在中國酒店業界中，我會給一百分。 客房由於比較新，清潔程度一百分。 但酒店收款機，未能有效退回我的预付款，期待管理層能有改善地方。 贵酒店成功，有好管理層，但更加重要是你們有以上好出息员工，他們良好服務，是我回來最好動力。

前台服務員和房間清潔工人，笑容滿面，服務專業，在中國酒店業界中，實在是難得一見人才。期望酒店管理層，珍惜他們。他們是貴公司，最好一员，也是管理人員成功陪訓结果。 酒店信用卡接收機械，有改善地方，我的预付款，竟然在職員多次努力下，也不能成功取消。她的服務態度，我會給她一百分。
