Great little cozy spot

This was one of the best little cozy spots we have stayed. Very Clean, the spot was very cool verses the weather outside. The PM was very responsive to any concerns we had and very nice about it all. We definitely would stay in this spot again when we visit Houston again.

Great stay, clean, quiet neighborhood

Great place. Quiet neighborhood without a lot of traffic. Centrally located with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Only gripe would be the laundry is communal and not in unit and it's a pay for service kind of thing which didn't ring a bell as something I saw in the initial ad. The area could use some more lighting outside as it was quite dark. Only other thing was that there was a lot of wasp nests and it was a walk up. Other than that everything was great within the unit. Clean, newer renovation, adequate kitchenware and toiletries.
