Cutest in Hot Springs "Amazing Place" Fully Restored--"English" Rock Cottage

This 1931 cottage is just so cute, and is a great getaway place for a small group to enjoy the yard, or the wonderful kitchen and large TV and or just relaz! Bonus cabinette cottage in the back that allows for more guest to stay. The porch also has a twin bed for naps or a good nights rest.
Fully restored in 2020 it has some beautiful oak beams from an early 1700s vineyard out of Worcester , Massachusetts. The cottage is just a very unique nice place to stay and get away. It has a nice covered porch that has windows that open up to allow for breezes to flow through. Beautiful hardwood floors and a gas stove, and antiques that just make the place one that you will want to come back to.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is charming, clean, and had everything we needed. Brian and Holly were excellent at communicating and offered some great dining suggestions. The Pancake Shop was worth the wait and Sam's Pizza was super close and had something for everyone.

It was an adorable little cottage, very clean and tidy. So cozy and warm with the gas fireplace inside and the firepit outside! The location made for easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, in any direction. Communication between the host and myself was clear, extremely informative and prompt! We will definitely rent again!

The cabin was great. It features cozy design choices, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and an extensive selection of kitchenware. The indoor fireplace was used pretty consistently; it was a fantastic feature! If we come back to Hot Springs, I’m hoping this spot will be available! Brian and Holly were excellent communicators - very accommodating to our needs.Soli Deo Gloria!

Hosts Brian and Holly were very welcoming and accommodating! Great communication during the booking process. Great kitchen for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. All of the amenities were exactly as advertised. The cottage was so cute and was just what we needed for a 5 night get-a-way! Loved the size of the yard for the littles (and a couple of adults) to run and play football. Thanks for everything!

We loved our stay in this cottage! It was very cozy and nicely decorated. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax inside or outside. Great location. Lovely Cabin

This property is well maintained and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything. With 4 adults and one bathroom it took a little arranging but no big issue. We would definitely look to stay here during our next visit.

What a great place to call home for a few days. Cottage vibes. Great kitchen. Short drive to everything. Owners checked in with us and was very helpful with suggestions for entertainment and leisure activities. Across the street, there was even a family of deer that came to graze each night! And our teenage son LOVED having the seperate shed as a place to call his own.We'll definitely be back soon!

Just like stepping back in time

This place brought back many memories of visiting my grandparents. the front bedroom was just like the room I stayed in as a kid in Rule Alabama.Love the area. Sam’s pizza and pub is a mile down the road. Great pizza!

This is the most charming home we have ever stayed in! Immaculate, cozy, and well appointed. The owners were fabulous and we had almost instant communication if we had a question. Comfortable beds. I really appreciated Holly & Brian’s thorough communications. We referred to their email of recommendations for local restaurants several times during our stay. They provided all necessary information up front and there wasn’t one thing we had to wonder about or go searching for. We loved their kind and hospitable check-out “suggestions” compared to so many other hosts who post obnoxious large print signage stating “you must….” etc. it truly made us feel more like guests and gave us a sense of their appreciation for our reservation. The cabin was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious for the square footage. It was very nice for keeping two kids under 5 from feeling too restricted. We were easily able to prepare snacks and meals, everything we needed was there. The whole experience at the cabin was wonderful!

Wonderful experience!

The property was super cute and cozy. We were there for a memorial service and we felt right at home in the cottage. All the amenities were there and super clean! If I had to make a derogatory comment, it would be the hill that you have to pull out on. It's a blind hill and traffic is enough that it's kinda scarry pulling out onto the road. No fault of the owners, just a heads up! We loved the place and would like to go back in the future!

Although the weather was terrible, snow and below zero wind chills, we totally enjoyed our stay. The Cottage is amazing. Beautiful, fully stocked, very spacious and cozy. The owner Brain went above and beyond checking in on us. We became fast friends. We ended up spending a lot of time in the cottage due to the weather and I would highly recommend it! A 5 star for sure.

We've stayed at a number of VRBO's but this one is the first one that looks EXACTLY like the pictures. This is a wonderfully comfortable restored home--although there were only two of us, the home would easily accommodate four and, there is an additional cottage that another couple could reserve. The kitchen is well stocked--I cooked for our entire stay because it was so cold outside. The WIFI is strong enough for streaming (we were also working while we were there). We really enjoyed the gas fireplace with a cozy armchair right next to it. Because it was so cold we couldn't enjoy the outdoors, but there are Adirondack chairs around a firepit and a nice grill you could use if you wanted to cook outdoors. This is a great property to reserve!

A Very Nice Month

We stayed for the month of March and had a great time. Home is as described, very comfortable, very clean, equipped with all you need to feel right at home. Location is so pretty in a country side setting with easy access to everything. A slice of heaven. Brian and Holly are remarkable owners and are always available should you require any information. Brian even connected ESPN for us to watch our Canadian hockey team play. Hot Springs is a beautiful place. We came for the horse racing but quickly discovered the hidden gems that Hot Springs had to offer. Fine dining, explore the lake areas and historic downtown, so many things to do. A beautiful state with very friendly people. You will not regret booking this property or any other property that Brian and Holly have available.
