Boasting a quirky layout, this spacious cottage retains some period features and is a few steps away from excellent amenities, including independent shops, a Michelin star restaurant, and cafes, perfectly positioned to enjoy a walk in the magical Spout Hills (3 minute walk away), or perhaps take a longer stroll to the railway station to catch a steam train, this lovely cottage really is the ideal spot for your discovery of North Norfolk.Ground floor: Enter the cottage into the spacious lobby area with seating, there are 2 doors, one leading upstairs and the other into the open plan Lounge/dining room: comfortable sofa, armchair, TV and dining table with four chairs, and an electric fire in fireplace. Double doors to Kitchen: with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Small lobby with door to Family shower room: with WC, handbasin and shower cubicle.
