I arrived at the property, with 2 rooms booked, and there was no one there to check in with. No one answered the phone, and then when I got a lady on whatsapp, she said one room had no air con and the other they had lost the key for. I had no option but to book another hotel nearby at 730pm after a days travel! I am still chasing the refund too!

The unit we rented was rented out inappropriately. The property manager informed us the unit was rented out to someone for a year lease. He then turned around and rented it out for short term. According to the property management company, this is not allowed. When I messaged and called the unit owner, he would not respond. I reported this situation to Orbitz and it's currently under investigation. Avoid this unit to save yourself from bring involved in some illegal renting activities.
