Arrival process was a nightmare
This apartment doesn't have a reception. The process to access the premises was not clear from the booking confirmation email, in fact it wasn't explained to me at all. The telephone number in the email was incorrect. Once Hotels.com gave me the correct number I made 5 phonecalls in total until I finally had the details to access the property. This was quite stressful for me travelling alone and arriving late in the evening. However, once I had arrived I was delighted with the apartment. It was newly refurbished, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished.
