New flooring, freshly painted, newly renovated bathrooms and new bedding in all of the bedrooms and new furnishings throughout! The wraparound driveway and beautiful, lush landscaping welcomes you at the front of the house. As you enter this gorgeous home you are immediately greeted by coastal blue painted walls, the hardwood floors and the pitched white ceiling beams that open to a dining room with a table that seats four plus the bench seat. Just beyond the dining room, is the bright and open smaller living area with a couch, love seat and additional chair providing tons of room for family and friends. A great place to sit and talk or simply read a book. This room overlooks the pool deck. The sliding glass door leads you to the outside where there is an umbrella table that seats six, the beautiful pool with waterfall feature and spa, six lounge chairs and four Adirondack chairs. There is also a Char-Broil gas grill on the property and a private dock on the lagoon where you can go fishing! A great outdoor extension of the indoor living area. To the left, after walking in the front door, is the master bedroom which features a king bed up against a shiplap accent wall, two bench seats and a 40” TV. You have access to the back deck with views of the pool patio and lagoon. There is a huge private bath with a double vanity with make-up mirror in the middle, a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with a bench seat and 2 shower heads as well as tons of counter space and a large walk-in closet. A perfect spot to unwind after a full day of vacationing activities! To the left of the master is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. To the right is the main living room with a 60” Samsung SMART TV mounted over the fireplace, a large blue sectional sofa and lots of bright, natural sunlight - perfect for family gatherings. This living room has direct access to the back deck and pool! Behind the French style doors is another master bedroom with hardwood floors, king size bed, 40” TV and a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The living room opens up into the kitchen with beautiful stone counters, all stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, a 5-burner gas stove and double ovens plus tons of counter space to make multiple course meals all at once and perfect for entertaining! There is a beverage center with a mini sink and ice maker plus four bar stools at the countertop. Off to the side is a small, bright and cozy breakfast nook with seating for six. This spot is just perfect for sitting down with some coffee in the morning or grabbing a quick lunch in between the pool and beach activities! As you walk past the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. The next room is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, a 32” TV and its own bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. Following this room is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower that also has a connecting door to the next bedroom which has two double beds. The last room down this hall is a giant play room with a 55” Samsung TV, couch, two huge bean bag chairs, and a gaming center with small monitor and game chair. There are twin bunk beds plus two pyramid bunk beds (twin over full). This is the perfect play area for the kids to have some downtime while the adults get some too! The garage connects to this wonderful play room and has a fridge and sink plus offers a ping pong table, foosball table and corn hole game for some friendly family competition and your enjoyment. This home is truly spectacular inside and out and would be the perfect place for a multi-generational family to spend some time together! Overall, I am giving this property a 3\. I really thought about it and wish it could have been higher because the proprty is in a great location. Great beach access 2 minute walk across the street via path. The house itself is really nice, excellent rooms and decor. Pool was great size with beautiful landscaping, all accurate to pictures and past reviews. The issues, which I reported to property management company- they were very nice and listened to all my concerns. I am pointing out concerns that were also noted from past reviews that still exists. This was troubling to me that they were not fixed which heavily influenced my 3 stars. Appliances- Icemaker does not fully work it generated a very small amount of ice. Second oven was not working properly. Kitchen fridge is way too small for amount of bedrooms and people, garage second fridge had defrosted and was dirty and old. Garage was filthy- floors, games and smelled like someone let their dog stay out there....I highly recommend a good cleaning and sanitizing since no pets was advertised and folks may have allergies. It was bad. Pool chairs were dirty need a good cleaning or replacement. Grill itself was clean but area around grill to include where pool floats are located needs a good power washing. Green mold and dirt everywhere, definitely needs attention. For folks reading this review, i am not one of those picky guest or hard reviewer. This is the lowest rating I have ever given on VRBO. I paid alot to stay in this house and was deeply disappointed due to condition issues. To property management company, just fix these cleaning and appliance issues folks deserve a beautiful and clean space to relax with friends and family. ##### Kimberly W. Able to comfortably accommodate all of us with plenty of room to spare. The kids had a blast staying in the bunk room with the attached game room. A quick (3 minute or less) walk to a beautiful quiet beach and close to so many things Sea Pines has to offer via bike or car. Would definitely go back and stay in this property. Our only negatives for the house that come to mind were the ovens slow to work (and really only one of the 2 works), the ice machine didn't really make ice and just having clearer directions on using the hot tub. We made a quick call to the management and they got us in via internet and we were in in less than a minute. Sent us a new code. No problem!! Management also contacted us several times during our visit to make sure everything was OK. This is a beautiful property. The whole family loved it and each of them said this is the best family get together ever! The layout of the house is wonderful . There is enough room for everyone to spread out and have private time and plenty of room for get together time. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds. Short walk to beach via a lovely walkway... Swimming pool was great! Kitchen was open to one of the living rooms so we did not feel separated. Loved everything about this beautiful home...THANK YOU ##### Patricia E. We had one of our favorite vacations ever staying at this property. The house set up was great, it was a super close walk to the beach, they went above and beyond in many ways, such as having a stand alone ice maker, providing AMPLE towels for everyone, leaving laundry detergent and dishwasher pods for us etc. I would happily stay at this property again! ##### Alli B. The house is very nice, clean, and well laid out for a large family group. The pool and backyard are beautiful and the beach is just a short walk away. Ages 1 to 91 and up to 12 people at a time, it was truly an amazing family vacation during this crazy Covid19 time. This house was great. Sea Pines is a beautiful neighborhood and the house is a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. The house has two large living areas perfect for a large group, and the bunk room with the attached garage/ping-pong room was great for them. Perhaps the best feature of the house is the pool, which is in a lovely setting on a lagoon and is sunny all day. Our only issue, which was kind of a big one, was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The management company was responsive and sent a repairman, but he was completely inept and it took two more repairmen and two more days to get it working. They did give us some money back which took some of the sting away. Assuming they get the a/c issues figured out permanently, I would definitely rent this home again. ##### Laura P. The walk to the beach is just a 2 or 3 minute walk. The home is clean and has plenty of restrooms. The kitchen has a perfect view into the family room giving it the perfect location for the entire family to sit and talk, watch tv, eat, see the pool, etc. ##### Brian D.
