Spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged across two levels, the five bedrooms at 1 Bayberry Lane are designed to comfortably accommodate families, groups, and guests of all ages.  
  
Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a spacious family room, designed for entertainment with a 55" Roku TV, wet bar and sleeper sofa. The first floor offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, making this the perfect spot for families and friends. The first guest room is a peaceful retreat offering a king bed, 42" Roku TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower and has easy access to the pool area. Designed with younger guests in mind, the second guest room offers two twin bunk beds, 37" Roku TV, and shares a hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third guest room on the main floor features two queen beds, 48" Roku TV and has access to the shared hallway bathroom.  
  
Head upstairs where you will discover more inviting spaces designed for comfort and convenience. The heart of the home is the fully renovated (early 2025) chef’s kitchen with gourmet appliances, double ovens, and a large island. The open-concept design flows into the dining and living areas, where memories are made over shared meals, board games, or late-night laughs. Step through the sliding doors to a massive screened porch that seats 14–18 guests comfortably—perfect for alfresco dining, family game nights, or sipping morning coffee in the ocean breeze.  
  
The second floor offers two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a quiet haven for relaxation filled with natural sunlight and a tranquil atmosphere. This room features a king bed, 32" Roku TV and private ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The next guest bedroom is perfect for teens, friends or couples. With plenty of room to spread out, this spacious and comfortable room features two full-sized beds, 42" Roku TV and access to a nearby hallway bathroom with walk-in shower.  
  
Head outside and soak up the sunshine in your private yard featuring a large pool, stand alone hot tub, covered patio with outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, lush landscaping and the private beach access just steps away!
