It's a beautiful neighborhood with a wonderful golf course and marina. The club house restaurant, the dockside cafe and the pool just a few minutes from this property. The property is fully equip with everything you need. There is a common area in the back where there are two gas grills and tables for dining. Right off the 10th fairway. The small patio looks out on the golf course and is pleasant for breakfast or an evening cocktail, although the adjacent HVAC is loud. The real value here lies in the resort amenities: boat launch and marina, tennis, swimming pool, and golf. If you are looking for lots of recreation, then look no further.
