Villa Melissa by Estia is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa nestled within a beautifully landscaped garden, located just 300 meters from the traditional village of Piskopiano. This villa offers a serene retreat with modern amenities and stunning views.  
The outdoor area features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi and an outdoor shower, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. There are plenty of sunbathing areas, along with a shaded barbecue and dining space where guests can enjoy delicious meals while taking in the breathtaking views and stunning sunsets.  
  
Inside, the ground floor offers a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, a dining area perfect for family meals, and a separate fully equipped kitchen. A guest W.C. is also available for convenience.  
  
On the first floor, the master bedroom features a double bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The master bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub and jacuzzi.
