This detached half-timbered cottage rests pleasantly in the village of Wellington in Herefordshire, and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Notts House is a wonderfully presented, Grade II listed holiday let situated in the charming village of Wellington, in Herefordshire. Comprising four bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower, another double, second floor twins and a second floor double with washbasin, this property can sleep eight guests. There is also a wet room inside, as well as a cloakroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and a study. To the outside is a gravelled parking area, a lovely patio, garden shed, and to the west of the cottage is a further lawned enclosed garden. Notts House is a beautiful opportunity not to be missed.

Range cooker for winter and also Smeg electric cooker with Induction Hobb., microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,Nespresso Coffee Machine Smart TV, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for multiple vehicles. Lawned garden at rear including four loungers, 2 outdoor Wicker armchairs, 2 seater settee and coffee table , front patio, garden shed and Weber Charcoal BBQ. . Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 mins walk. This property is a period property suitable for a quiet country getaway and is not suitable for stag/hen group or parties. Note: No window restraints on windows or stair gates may not be suitable for under 12's. Note: Accessed via a spiral staircase, the attic bedrooms have sloping ceilings and therefore space is limited.
NOTE: Please note the local pub is currently unavailable, however the owner has arranged offers at the England's Gate Pub, which is 10 mins drive from Notts House

Situated just a short drive away, Hereford also boasts a medieval bridge over the winding River Wye, an assortment of period and modern buildings, as well as The Curious About Hereford trails helping you discover the city's heritage. Further afield are the regions of Shropshire, Worcestershire and The Cotswolds.
