Don't bother!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Replace carpets, signs, paint, beds, sheets, roof, and CRT TVs. Put your own logos on the doors. Get rid of duct tape numbers on the doors.
Location: Helen is a tiny town so it is close to everything, but so is every hotel there.
Checked in the room during a rain storm and the roof was leaking with water coming into the room. Floor was not vacuumed, the sheets were dirty, and it looks like there was blood on a pillow. The room smelled like it was a smoking room for the past 20 years. They bought this hotel from a closed down days in and they still have the same days in logos and bed sheets. Went to check out and get a refund and the guy says, "There is no signs of a water leak except the AC is wet". We have video of it raining into the room.

From the moment we arrived the staff(young couple) were marvelous. They took care of every need. Always asking us if we need anything. Room was clean when we upon arrival and next morning our room was promptly cleaned while we were out. The most comfortable beds in our room. Will stay their again.

Room 1 dirty toilet per splats on lid, hair in sink, fridge sticky stuff, dirty paper towels in micro,then pulled down covers, hair and what I think was cigarette ashes on pillow and sheet.Room 2 batteries dead in lock couldn't get in/out. Room 3 walked in lamp missing crossed room for light smelled something really bad, opened microwave and almost lost it.ROTTEN bag of food. Black mold ROTTEN. I asked for refund we had paid for 2 days. Nightclerk said he would tell owner didn't know rooms were so nasty.I plan on telling everyone how bad America's Best is.

Room was halfway renovated.tv was old and did not work correctly. The room smelled bad.

Bed spreads were VERY stained up!!! Person at front desk was nice.
