Expansive and getting worn

Nice and convenient for me. Bathroom needs a big refresher. Cracked and chipped counter is pretty beat up. It would be nice not to have a black shadow in the bathtub. Rest of the room was clean, comfortable and large. Good for an overnight.

Don't take a discount room

I was only staying overnight so I booked an 85$ " special ". The room was way in the back on first floor facing a retaining wall. I gagged when I went in the room. It reaked of disinfectant and air freshener. Everything I had with me, including my bag still reaked when I got home. It's not a discount or special if you just get what you pay for. A special is when you get a good room at discount rate. This room was awful. I would have left but I had to get to meeting right away. I have gotten better rooms there before but paid much more. Not sure I will go back

I am very sorry that you experienced too much air freshener or disinfectant in your room. We do deep cleanings on rooms and it could have left a lingering smell. I apologize and will talk to the housekeeping manager to see how we can avoid this for the future. Also, next time you make a reservation, feel free to request a certain area so we can get you into one of the rooms you like. We hope you can give us another chance in the future.

Convenient location, Hotel in bad condition.

Pros: Convenient location nice staff.
Cons: The hotel needs to be overhauled. Very run down and expensive.
Location: Grocery store across the street. Half hour from Beaches.
Hotel room had no heat, after we unpacked, we had to be moved to room in another building, different floor. New room (which they told us was an upgraded room) had rotted, molded counter in the bathroom, only one chair at the table. The fridge and the microwave wasn't plugged in and my husband had to move the biggest piece of furniture in the room to plug everything in! The heated pool was freezing and the front desk clerk said everyone complains about the pool being too cold to swim in, yet they don't turn the heat up in it. The good thing about the hotel is the staff is very, very courteous and helpful. They were truly wonderful.

Convenient to a venue

Pros: Convenient to venue we were attending. Price was good.
Location: Willow Springs Vineyard was up the street. Interesting spot. Mtn. biking and hiking fairly close by. Shopping Mall and grocery store there.
We were attending a wedding at Willow Springs Vineyards so this was very close by and we were looking for convenience. It was cheaper then the Hampton Inn across the street. It was ok... nothing special. It did have a nice pool and gym which we did not use. The free breakfast was nice. Staff at front desk were friendly and accommodating There was an unpleasant odor when we first entered the room... .
