No Air Conditioning on in hotel

Cons: Think about your customers needs before their arrival.
Location: Shopping and gas nearby
We traveled during the hotest time of the year and when we arrived at the hotel there was not AC on in the hotel and it was hot. The room AC was also not on and it took over an hour to get it to a comfortable temperature.

Hôtel très basique. Lit et chambre petits mais hôtel bien situé. Personnel charmant et aimable. Ne pas payer cher pour cet hôtel et c'est OK.

mildew smell

Cons: customer service
Location: Did not go out to the local area.
The room had a musty odor and is very outdated. Some of the major channels also not working. When we complained to the main desk, they said they were not able to do anything about it.

Close to Boston

Decent hotel close to Boston at much cheaper price. Staff was friendly and room clean. We did see some ants by entrance door and under bathroom sink. Room was beside the exit door to patio, thus probably the reason why ants were coming in. Hot breakfast was okay and staff kept filling up trays as they got low. One of the 2 queen beds in room was pretty hard, but overall not bad. Would recommend if not too picky and looking to save money to use for other things, like entertainment and meals.

Carpet in the room was very dirty. Tub was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, tissues were not replaced when ran out, air in the room did not smell clean.

Run away fast.....

The staff was rude. To close to the interstate and the breakfast was nothing to speak of. To many insects in the room, everything seemed to be broke.

Poor greetings

Although I had a reservation the man at the desk (logan ) rudely said "no rooms,all booked " before I even opened my mouth, then I told him that I had a reservation and he said "when did you make it " I told him about an hour ago to which he replied " you probably put the wrong date "and turned his back on me,so I went to my to double check the reservation on my phone and went back in to show that I have a confirmation and he again rudely said " nope don't have it" I asked if he wanted the confirmation # and he said " it doesn't mean anything to me if I don't see it on my computer "..I asked what should I do and he said we don't deal with them ( hotels. Com) so again I went to my car and called customer service at hotels. Com shortly after a hotel employee came out to the car to say that they have my reservation. ..I can understand if there was some sort of error but this man was extremely rude

Room was clean, but dark and dreary, room had a musty smell, probably would not go back
