"The location is fantastic. A five minute walk to the tube. Several days prior to arriving we had emailed the host and made a specific request. It was not acknowledged, and when we showed up we had to prove that we actually had a booking."

"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues).
