"Fantastic experience. The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, had everything I needed including a hair dryer and iron! The air con was wonderful during the warm days. Location was perfect, close to many shops and dining and tube stations. Will come again! "

"Everything was just as it always is very clean very efficient very welcoming which is very important. The reception staff helped me a couple of times for which I was very appreciative. Enjoy the food in the restaurant and a lovely glass of wine with very glad to see you had white Zinfandel from California. I have sent an email about the dreadful experience I had with the minicab driver that you arranged for me I think it was with comfort cabs. You might be worried of letting anybody else go with that company and maybe find a different one. I was really quite afraid in the back of that cab."
