"Blocked shower in first room, moved room. Towels above toilet, knock them, all towels in toilet. 2 plug sockets in worst possible location. Garbage WiFi in both rooms. Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone. "Checked in around 10pm, key left in a drop box in reception- no staff around at all. Booking was for a quadruple room - 1 double & 2 single beds. In reality room had only 2 single beds. None of the contact phone numbers given work so absolutely no chance of getting hold of anyone to sort the situation out. Absolutely disgraceful that 2 guests were left without beds & forced to sleep on the floor overnight. .. Surprise, surprise not able to contact the hotel for an explanation / refund...

"Yhden hengen huone oli pieni koppi. Ei tallelokeroa huoneessa. Hissitön hotelli kapeilla ja korkeilla portailla. Itselläni kävelykeppi ja huone ylimmässä kerroksessa. Respan toinen tyyppi tyly, toinen ok. Aamiashuoneen naiset ystävällisiä. Kauhee liikenteen pauhu kuuluu yömyöhään. Korvatulpat must !!! Menettelee jos tyytyy vähään ja käy vaan nukkumassa jos saa nukuttua melun takia. Aamiainen surkee. "
