"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Shepherds Bush. It was very clean and staff were extremely nice. The hotel is ideally located adjacent to the tube and across the street from some phenomenal falafel. The first room we were shown was below grade and had only a small window through the ceiling to daylight, which set off a bit of claustrophobia in our party. Staff were understanding and moved us to a main floor room that had a window (not operable, as far as I could tell, but it was enough to ease claustrophobia). Overall a very good stay."

Stunning shower and bathroom, lovely linen and friendly, welcoming staff. We will definitely be back when we're next in London - this is a fantastic find!"
