"We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. The night and day staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout, and really made us feel welcome. Our room was lovely, and the facilities were great. We especially enjoyed the views over the harbour. The team also went above and beyond to make our visit even more comfortable, which we really appreciated. A wonderful experience overall, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back."

"The rooms were a good enough size, the bathroom smallish and serviceable for 1 person at a time. The windows open which was great since it was really warm. Apparently the hotel is set at one temp and you can’t change it so we were glad for the staff giving us a fan. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Central line ( which takes you to all the main places) The neighbourhood felt safe at night and there were many places to eat even later at night. The was also a huge mall a 5 minute walk away."

"The hotel is old and lovely, in a good location between Kensington Olympia and Hammersmith. There are bus stops right outside. We stayed in the Churchill Suite, which was very nice. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a smoky smell upon entering the room although it's a non-smoking property. Plus, it's in the basement and there were a lot of creaking sounds from the ceiling. All the usual amenities were provided but there was no sign of the bathrobes! We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food."

"Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!"
