Property manager really helpful and friendly but also left us to it once we were sorted. The unit is compact but has had a really nice update to make it really comfortable for a short stay. The heating was really nice and effective which is essential for a Halls Gap autumn stay! Also I booked believing children were not allowed as per the write up but I had to put up with a screaming toddler next door. The place allows for 4 guests but only one face washer was supplied, one person could not complete a shower without the water turning ice cold and the towels supplied were stained.
