You will know you have arrived from the moment you walk in the front door. With breathtaking views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico, this open concept condo will be your family's favorite place to create lasting memories at the beach. Lagoon Tower is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores. With only two units per floor and 32 total units, you will enjoy the space and privacy of this low-density building along with your private beach access and boardwalk. THE SPACE: This elegant condo features beautiful floor to ceiling glass for spectacular views from any room. You will appreciate the upgraded appliances in the fully stocked kitchen when cooking your beach specialties. We provide both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Enjoy your morning coffee on the oversized balcony! The wet bar features a sink and has a beverage fridge to keep your extra drinks ice cold. The comfortable living area with a sofa sleeper is open to the kitchen and dining area with seating for six at the dining table and three additional seats at the island. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and is large enough to store your beach gear. For your entertainment, every bedroom has a Roku smart TV. Everyone has their own space and bath for privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed, an en suite master bath with a walk-in shower, separate jetted tub and double vanities. Bedrooms #2 and #3 both have queen beds and en suite baths with tub/shower combinations. With the sofa sleeper in the living room, the unit comfortably sleeps eight people. Free Wi-Fi is provided during your stay. THE PROPERTY: Lagoon Tower amenities include a beautiful indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness facility and outdoor grills. The fishing pier has a fish cleaning station. The pier is available with first come/first serve boat slips. However, slips are not guaranteed, can't be reserved and off-site parking must be used for boat trailers. No motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the parking area. Your DEEDED BEACH ACCESS and private boardwalk are located just across the parking lot, (100 yards) a short 5-minute walk from the condo. A beach cart is provided for your use and a convenient outdoor shower is available to wash sand away. The sugar white sand beaches of Gulf Shores are like no other and it's time to treat yourself to this oasis! THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores within minutes to shopping, restaurants, festivals, and entertainment. Bahama Bob's Beach Side Café, Surfside Pizza and Ice Cream, Island Outfitters and Seaside Package convenience store are a short 3-mile drive away. Enjoy the local cuisine and shopping at local boutiques, The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. The Wharf has shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC Classic Wharf 15 Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park, along with restaurants and shopping. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Additional information: You must be 25 to secure rental. Proof of age is required. Non-smoking unit both inside and on the balcony. No pets. No parties. Max 2 vehicles allowed. Parking passes are included and charged at time of reservation. No boats or trailers allowed on property. A STARTER SET of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Lagoon Tower is very tastefully decorated. Everything is high end. Large unit with gorgeous views of the bay. The security guards were very helpful and friendly. I have never stayed in a condo that was so quiet and tranquil. There was 1\. I rented because of the bed sizing. The floors were gritty and greasy. The shade above the sink was broke. The lamps did not work but, we got those working. I loved that we were on the side of the lagoon. Having coffee and cocktails on the balcony were wonderful with the sunrise and sunset over the calm waters. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. There was some unforeseen construction both inside and out, but Stephanie and her husband communicated with us promptly and made our stay comfortable. You are greeted with ceiling to floor tinted glass walls that surround the living area and extends into the master suite giving you perfect sunset and sunrise views. Each bedroom (3) has its own bathroom and they are separated in a way to give each guest complete privacy. The living room , kitchen and dining room are quite large. This area can comfortably take 8-10 people without tripping over each other. The master suite is to die for. Ceiling to floor drapes that wrap around 2 walls that when you wake in the morning can be opened via remote control giving you a view of the lagoon and sunrise while still lying in bed. The master bath is as large as the bedroom itself, the closet is almost as large as some small condos bedrooms. They have equipped the unit with anything you may need except for a couple things that we had to go buy and donated to the unit. The complex has a evening security guard who is stationed at the front door. He is extremely pleasant and helpful. Had a great time just talking with him during the week. Hes a hoot. The pools, hot tub, pier give you areas to take your vacation outside. Stunning Bottom line ….. this unit and complex are quite remarkable and you will not be displeased. My brother and his wife are the “we must stay ocean front” people , they stayed down the road at another unit on the ocean side and they spent more time at this unit then their own. They are now converted and said they will stay over here the next time we come. The Holmans thank you for a wonderful vacation ##### Joey H. The property was as advertised, very clean and spacious, and very nice. The view of the lagoon was fantastic and the balcony was also quite large and our entire family was able to enjoy it at times during our visit. We had a couple of very minor questions/items and Stephanie was extremely quick to respond and take care of these for us, even though most were my oversights in the very clear directions she had provided to us prior to our stay. She really did an outstanding job of hosting and taking care of us while we were there. This was our first time in Gulf Shores and the location was really ideal for us. It's a short drive into the main downtown/shopping area with plenty of parking and when we were done there, it was nice to be a short distance away where it was really quiet. We also enjoyed both the lagoon side and the beach access which was also very nice and easily accessible. Overall a great stay and we highly recommend the property and our host Stephanie and will look to stay here again when we return. ##### Craig L. Layout was perfect and views were spectacular. The kitchen had everything it needed, pot/pans, dishes, utensils and everything was spotless. Short walk across the street to the beach and short drive to restaurants and shopping. Stephanie was great and responded immediately. Ernie the night security guard was awesome and very helpful.
