Important Information

Unaccompanied minors must send parental authorization with a notarized signature, guardian’s ID, and the minor’s birth certificate or ID via message to the host. Without these documents, entry will be denied in accordance with current legislation.

Our parking spot is located in the building across the street, just a short walk away.

We accept one small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in the appropriate area. There is an additional fee for pets, which must be included in the total number of guests.

We are available to ensure you have a great stay.

Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom along with a single bed. Extra mattresses can be placed on the floor. Our maximum capacity is 6 people, as required by the building regulations. Under no circumstances will a higher number be accepted.
Our guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. We offer two parking spaces in the building across from ours. After booking and before your arrival, you will receive an explanatory video on how to access the parking spaces.
