so under-rated! should be a 4-star, and an above-average one. Front desk can be more professional, staff speak little to no english, couldn't find my booking from Hotels.com and no breakfast as shown on Hotels.com. But everything from the room, the location and services are all SUPER NICE. Bed is kinda firm but hey it's China.

La locación es excelente, me gusta, de hecho ahi había un Holiday Inn al que iba con frecuencia, las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero todo es nuevo, el desayuno es muy limitado, puros alimentos chinos. El hotel solo ocupa desde el piso 6 al piso 11, y pues es un poco mas complicado llegar, subir escaleras, atravesar el loby tomar el elevador a recepción y después a tu piso. Y pues en recepción no hablan inglés, utilizan el teléfono para traducirte

Everything is okays. Check in service is quick & hospitality. The room got one bath next to the bed... lol. I check in alone... Btw the restaurant [next to] the hotel is expensive for me , I think same prices in Tokyo maybe reasonable , but they say they are some historic restaurant...

Bob and Lyric who work at the hotel did everything they could even with the huge language barrier from English to Mandarin and were so helpful trying to get my colleague and I to and from our destinations every day. They need English speaking channels for sure. Better coffee program for sure.

the one lift to access the hotel floors is a bit of a pain. are two others but blocked for those floors. the breakfast is poor to average but does the job.
