Gloria at the front desk was very nice and polite every time I would stop at the front desk to reactivate my keys or ask for a taxi or directions, etc. Very nice lady with excellent service skills.
In the other hand, the restaurant has a lot to improve. The waiters are nice staff, however, when getting to the restaurant it will take around 15 minutes for someone to ask if you needed coffee or anything. After ordering coffee, it will take them another 20 minutes to serve it and by that time they will bring the menu. Another 20 minutes for the waiter to show up and take your order and another 30-40 minutes for the breakfast to be served at your table. Breakfast is good and the waiting time is just unacceptable. After my 2nd day I just decided to have breakfast in the downtown area. Try them again on my last day & 6th day and again the same issue, plus they brought the wrong order. I was so furious that I just cancelled my order and walk away! Whoever is the General Manager, please this needs to improve big time. I have been working for hotels for 20 years as Dir of Sales in the USA and have traveled to Mexico and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Please fix it as you will get better reviews.
