Hotel located at walkable distance to all kinds of dining areas. Very clean, and safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff was polite and very professional. We enjoyed our stay at this property but didn’t like breakfast because of very poor selection.

Was a little tricky to find the hotel, they maintain very secure entrance. Receptionist are available 24 hours. Breakfast consist in a yougurt with granola and everything to prepare a sandwich, orange juice, good coffee, a fruit. Relaxing areas. Outside we can walk in the middle of a lot of threes and quiet residential area. I will like to come back again.

In a wonderful part of town, very close to numerous restaurants. Sufficient size of room, comfy bed. Not like some issues around bathroom, shower, even closed doors while showering, leaked onto floor. Sink did not drain very fast. But overall great and clean. Thank you

Just before we went to the room, the clerk said "I need to prepare the room for you". I believe she sprayed an air freshener, a LOT of it around the room. It was awful, and even the next morning it lingered. Please do not spray air fresheners, many people, including us, are allergic or sensitive to these artificial fragrances.

In all days ,I only have wifi 1 day . This is not may first time in Clarum101 and the other 2 times was the same . No internet , no TV. Breakfast...? The fruits wasent fresh .

Problems with the air conditioning, there was no purge tray or hose; so all the condensation water was running inside the room... maintenence went a couple times, could not fix it... and then of course they turned off every day... so, coming back to rest to a very hot room every night... I did check out early and went somewhere else... the staff didn't even bother to offer a reimbursmet.
