We called Vacasa and were told the house was losing power but they left flashlights . Roads were blocked due to trees down and streams flooded but we were supposed to drive 120 plus miles to check in. They refused to allow cancellation and denied even a partial refund. The bonfire was nice but the deck needs to be sanded down and the mold growing on the spindles needs to be taken care of.
