"Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. This hotel has exceptionally friendly staff. On arrival I was tired and couldn't find where to park so the hotel night manager talked me through the directions and made sure I found the spaces reserved for the hotel (there is a charge). This hotel is absolutely brilliant. The location is superb - outside of the congestion zone and a 1 minute walk to the nearest tube station.
