"The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. "The room was very basic and comfortable. The location was ideal since it is around 10-15 min from LHR airport. The dinner choices were limited but tasty. The only complaint I had was the AC was really loud and made it q but hard to sleep and the floor in the bathroom was very squeaky. But the value and location is great. This is quite far outside of the city though so if you're without a car and relying on public transport or Uber, give yourself at least an hour to get into central London."

"We stayed at the Sheraton, Heathrow because we had an early morning flight (5:00 a.m.) When we got to the room, there was a dirty bathrobe hanging in the closet. We booked a family room, there were not enough towels for everyone. There was still water in coffee pot. The room obviously was not cleaned from the previous folks. At 2:00 a.m. the fire alarm warning went off for about 5/10 minutes. This was not the fire alarm, but rather a warning that they were checking it out and to wait for further instructions. That was shut off and proceeded by a repeating alarm that there was no fire and the alarm had been canceled. That alarm continued for another 5/10 minutes. We tried to get a drink before we went to bed, their "bar" was tiny and there wasn't room for the 3 of us to sit. Mind you this was on a Monday night. We walked over to one of the nearby hotels for a nice cocktail and dinner. The staff was kind and helpful."

"Our second stay here in the last year. Lovely property close to Heathrow Airport. Familiar staff were here again this year with special thanks to Cris who welcomes everyone at the Happy Hour on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. He has a gentle and very professional manner. Meme was assisting Cris during the Happy Hour days and impressed a room filled with guests as she stopped at every table asking if she could anything for us. She made several rounds. She was highly efficient. Navjot was a joy to see every morning at breakfast. Her radiant smile and attention to detail during the busy breakfast hours in the breakfast room are so welcoming. She makes everyone she comes in contact with feel like family. Another lovely, lovely member of the breakfast staff was a charming employee whose name I'm probably misspelling is Kerren (sp?) She was older than Navjot and they worked very well together managing the busy breakfast areas."
